Alternatives to untied
The selector keeps untied for landlords and sole traders, including people with both kinds of income. Its cheapest plan is listed as £129.99 a year including VAT, about £10.83 a month (Pro including MTD). Of the 13 other products on this page, 10 differ from it on a free plan, five on bank feeds and four on support for jointly owned property. untied suits people with mixed income (property + self-employment or PAYE), sole traders who want a phone-only workflow and non-resident and joint-owner landlords with complex returns, and we checked its prices on 25 October 2026.
