Alternatives to LetCompliance
The selector keeps LetCompliance for landlords. Its cheapest plan is listed as £7.99 a month, no VAT charged (Single). Of the six other products on this page, four differ from it on a free plan and three on bank feeds. LetCompliance suits landlords whose only MTD income is UK property and who want the tax return filed from the same place, landlords who would rather see one price with no VAT to add on top and joint owners who record their own share of a property's income and costs, and we checked its prices on 25 October 2026.
