Acrenvo is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. You can read guides, compare software, use the calculators and use the selector without creating an account or giving Acrenvo your email address.
Who controls your information
The data controller is Beshikwashi Ugbe, trading as Acrenvo. You can contact the controller at hello@acrenvo.com about this notice, your information, or a data-protection complaint.
When you browse the site
Acrenvo does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural profiling or tracking cookies. The selector and calculators process your answers in your browser. Those answers are not added to the deadline-reminder service.
Vercel hosts the site and may process ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL, date and time, for security, delivery and fault diagnosis. The lawful basis for Acrenvo's use of necessary security and service logs is legitimate interests in keeping the site safe and working.
Factual MTD deadline reminders
If you ask for reminders, Acrenvo uses your email address only to send a confirmation request and, after you confirm, short factual reminders before MTD quarterly-update deadlines. Reminder emails do not contain advertising, affiliate promotions, newsletters, product recommendations, or software and pricing updates. Acrenvo does not sell, rent or swap reminder addresses.
The lawful basis for sending the requested reminders is consent. The first form does not put you on the active list: Acrenvo sends a seven-day confirmation link, and you must press the separate confirmation button. You may withdraw consent at any time using the stop-reminders link in every reminder or by emailing hello@acrenvo.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.
If you do not provide an email address and confirm it, Acrenvo cannot send reminders. Every other public feature of the site remains available.
Reminder information collected
Acrenvo records the email address, request and confirmation times, and the versions of the consent wording and privacy notice. It processes provider delivery events to operate the service, but retains only limited outcomes and technical markers: a last successful-delivery time, a suppression or exit reason and date where needed, and short-lived provider-message and replay-prevention mappings. A failed event releases the related send reservation but is not kept as a separate delivery history.
Confirmation and stop-reminders credentials are random or cryptographically keyed values. Secret confirmation tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. To limit automated abuse, Acrenvo temporarily stores a keyed, one-way fingerprint of the requesting IP address for up to 48 hours, rather than adding the raw IP address to the reminder database. The lawful basis for abuse prevention, delivery evidence and a minimal suppression record is legitimate interests in securing the service, demonstrating compliance and ensuring that stopped addresses are not contacted again.
Service providers and international transfers
Vercel provides website hosting and server functions, Upstash provides the reminder database, and Resend provides email delivery. They process information for Acrenvo under their service and data protection terms and may use listed subprocessors.
Acrenvo configures its reminder database and server functions for London, United Kingdom. Resend states that it stores customer data in the United States. Provider support, resilience and subprocessors may involve other locations.
A provider or subprocessor may process information outside the UK. Where UK adequacy regulations do not apply, Acrenvo requires an appropriate UK transfer safeguard, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or another lawful mechanism, together with any required risk assessment. You may ask hello@acrenvo.com for information about the relevant safeguard.
Retention
- An unconfirmed request expires after seven days.
- An active email address is kept until you stop reminders, a complaint or delivery suppression is received, or 24 months pass after the last successfully delivered reminder.
- Provider-message mappings and replay-prevention markers are kept for up to 90 days. Selected delivery or suppression outcomes are retained only under the other periods described here.
- Minimal consent, withdrawal and delivery evidence is kept for 36 months after the address leaves the active service.
- A keyed suppression identifier, reason and date may be kept while the reminder service operates so an address that opted out, complained or bounced is not contacted again. A fresh completed double opt-in may reverse an ordinary unsubscribe, but not a complaint or provider suppression without manual review.
Resend's platform may retain email content and related delivery data for up to 30 days under the configured service plan before its own deletion cycle completes.
Accountant introductions
Accountant introductions and paid directory forms are not active. No reminder address is used for an introduction. If this changes, Acrenvo will complete a separate privacy review and present new, specific information and choices before collecting or sharing any introduction details.
Your rights
UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and receive information you provided in a portable format where that right applies. There is no solely automated decision-making or profiling in the reminder service.
Send a rights request or complaint to hello@acrenvo.com. Acrenvo will respond to a rights request without undue delay and normally within one month, or explain any lawful extension. Acrenvo will acknowledge a data-protection complaint within 30 days, investigate it, provide appropriate updates and explain the outcome without undue delay. Identity information may be requested only where it is reasonably needed to protect your data.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. The ICO will usually expect you to raise the concern with Acrenvo first.
Changes to this service
The reminder list will remain separate from marketing. If Acrenvo ever proposes promotional email, it will use a separate, optional and specific choice; it will not silently expand this consent. A material privacy change will be dated here and, where required, communicated or put to you for fresh consent.
