The situations where LetCompliance is most likely to make sense
Landlords whose only MTD income is UK property and who want the tax return filed from the same place, landlords with one property who would like to send their quarterly updates without paying, and joint owners who record their own share of a property's income and costs.

A note before you decide
LetCompliance's MTD page sets out what it covers in the same terms as its GOV.UK listing. It lists UK property income for individuals, quarterly updates on standard or calendar periods, year-end adjustments, the tax return and amending it, and jointly owned property where you record your own share. It lists savings interest and dividends as in development, and self-employment income, foreign property income, partnership income, earlier property losses and most capital allowances as not included. Self-employment support is therefore not claimed. Records can come from typed entries, photographed receipts or an imported bank statement; a live bank feed was not found on the pages checked, so bank feed import is not claimed. Accountant access, mobile apps and furnished holiday let handling were not found on the pages checked and are not claimed.
