Alternatives to PaTMa Property Manager

PaTMa Property Manager suits landlords with a single rental unit wanting a free MTD-ready option, portfolio and HMO landlords who want per-unit pricing that scales with their portfolio and joint owners who need income and expenses split between landlords, and we checked its prices on 2 November 2026.

HMRC’s software list, as it stood on 30 October 2026, says PaTMa Property Manager intends to let you send your tax return but does not say it can yet. HMRC’s finder explains this as “The software provider has committed to building this in time for the 2026 to 2027 tax return.” Your first MTD tax return lists the products HMRC’s list says can send it.
