Landlords who want an accountant reviewing or handling their MTD filings, landlords who would rather pay annually for a fully managed service than do bookkeeping themselves, and portfolios of up to about ten properties on the fully managed plan.

A note before you decide
Provestor markets itself as landlord-only software, and the pages checked do not mention self-employment income, so self-employment support is not claimed; HMRC's software list does not show self-employment income as available for this product either. All three tiers state they cover quarterly updates to HMRC and the year-end final declaration. The Done For You tier states it covers up to 10 properties; the other two tiers do not state a property cap. 'AI categorises transactions' is mentioned for the DIY tier, but no explicit bank feed or Open Banking wording was found, so bank feed import is not claimed. Mileage tracking, joint ownership, furnished holiday let handling and mobile app availability were not found on the pages checked and are not claimed. Accountant review and submission are a built-in part of the Assisted and Done For You tiers, so accountant access is claimed for the product as a whole.
