The situations where Landlord Vision is most likely to make sense
Landlords with small portfolios wanting tenancy-based pricing and MTD included at every tier, HMO and multi-property landlords who want per-tenancy scaling instead of a hard property cap, and portfolio landlords who do not also need to file self-employment income through the same product.

A note before you decide
Landlord Vision presents itself as landlord software, and the pages checked do not mention self-employment income, so self-employment support is not claimed here. HMRC's software list shows sole-trader income as available for Landlord Vision, so a sole trader should confirm this with Landlord Vision before relying on it. Every plan states it includes MTD for Income Tax submissions at no extra cost. The Standard tier's price is not shown in the page's plain rendered text; it is set in the page's own pricing script and structured data (£34.97 a month, £29.97 equivalent when billed annually), which the site's own JSON-LD offer listing otherwise omits for that plan. Landlord Vision prices by tenancy count rather than distinct property count, so this site's property-count selector answers are an approximation: a landlord who selects the 4-10 property band may have more tenancies than the Starter plan's 4-tenancy cap covers, in which case Standard is the accurate choice. The page's only 'joint' language concerns several tenants sharing one tenancy, not co-owners of a property, so joint-ownership support is not claimed. Mobile app availability was not found on the pricing page and is not claimed.
