Alternatives to Nomi
The selector keeps Nomi for landlords and sole traders, including people with both kinds of income. Its cheapest plan is listed as £15 plus VAT a month (Bookkeeping (Self Assessment module extra)). Of the 13 other products on this page, 10 differ from it on a free plan, five on bank feeds and nine on support for jointly owned property. Nomi suits sole traders and landlords who want unlimited bank feeds without extra charges, people with more than one trade or several rental properties wanting consolidated reporting and people who want bookkeeping and Self Assessment priced as separate add-ons, and we checked its prices on 25 October 2026.
If it does not fit, these are the other products the selector keeps for the same people. They are in the order the selector itself uses: how well each one fits that kind of income first, then the price, then the name. Each one’s cheapest plan and the points where it differs from Nomi come from our checks of the provider’s own pages, so where we say a product does not offer something, it means we did not find it there.
If you already use Nomi for Making Tax Digital, the guide to changing your MTD software explains what GOV.UK says about when you can move and what happens to your records.
