A note before you decide
ANNA runs two largely separate MTD flows under one brand: a free landlord bank-feed tool explicitly scoped to the 2026-27 tax year only, with no published price for later years, and a paid Auto Accountant add-on for self-employment income on top of a business current account. No evidence was found that one person can combine both flows for mixed property and self-employment income, so the selector treats the two tiers as mutually exclusive by income type. The £29 a month Auto Accountant follow-on price was confirmed only on the Free account-tier pricing block and may not be the same on paid Grow, Business or Big Business account tiers. No HMRC-recognition badge or wording was found; the only readiness statement seen was 'MTD ITSA filing – free'. Mobile app availability was not confirmed.
